Hi! Our apartments do not have their own parking, but less than 5 minutes walking from the building, you will find the parking Mercado del Arenal, where, if you make the reservation online in advance, will offer you a better rate than directly there.

Hello! We don't have lockers, but near the apartment there are several ones. Subject to availability, our cleaning service can keep guest's luggage while apartments are beign cleaned.

The location on google map or waze is not correct. Enter from C. Arte street, turn right next to "La Esquinita De Arfe" and immediately turn left next to El Colmaito until you reach a metal gate (https://www.google.ro/maps/@37.3857519,-5.9956739,3a,75y,185.84h,108.93t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sIzYUbuH0GckIDbV2bU10KQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) . Everything was fine, very comfortable bed, dishwasher, you can find basic stuff in the kitchen, a pan, a pot and dishes and cutlery, knives. I recommand this accomodation.

Location, Location, Location...

Everything was within walking distance Restaurant, market, attractions, public transportation, etc. We did not use them, but they have a small elevator if you have to move your luggage

We stayed 3 nights but given 2 large towels, 1 small only There was no floor mat for shower, so we used a small towel that was given Employees from restaurants near by smoke in the alley, so...if you open a balcony door, you will smell smoke One of the pictures shows the cathedral view from the rooftop, but the rooftop was not accessible from all apartments

Perfect location 2mins from cathedral loads of restaurants and bars to choose from - comfortable bed - well equipped kitchen - except no large cups for tea - rooftop terrace with cathedral view- we stayed mid-week and it was really peaceful at night despite being in the centre- possibly different on the weekend - excellent wi-fi

quite a walk from the parking garage when you're carrying luggage- the entrance key system ( 4 keys) was a pain - also you have a personal elevator up to the top apartment not easy with bags and dogs ! operated by yet another key !

Exceptional

If you are looking for a place in Seville for a few nights, stop looking and book here. The location is incredible. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable, and the roof terrace is a wonderful bonus (although it was far too hot to use when we were there). The pictures on the website do not do it justice. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it.

Nothing. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs inside the apartment. They might pose a problem for those with mobility difficulties.

3 night stay in 1 bed apartment

Very nice cosy apartment in a perfect location with everything you need! In a great location just around the corner from the cathedral and Alcazar and lots of cafes and bars. Also close to the river. Once you close the windows you can't hear any noise from outside so it was very comfortable! Check in and out was very easy and hassle free!

Shower could've been a bit warmer but it wasn't too bad!
